In order to further enhance the innovation and entrepreneurship vitality of our university's foreign graduate students and create a more convenient and efficient environment for entrepreneurship and development of foreign talents, the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Exchange Meeting for Foreign Talents – Chang’an University Special Session was successfully held in the 182 classroom in the afternoon of July 2, which was co-sponsored by the School of Economics and Management of Chang’an University and the Fenghuang FTSTS Industrial Park.

Firstly, Prof. Wang Fei from the School of Economics and Management expressed his hope to strengthen communication and cooperation with Fengdong FTSTIP in the future, so as to set up a broader stage for innovation and entrepreneurship of foreign talents to realize their dreams. Secondly, during the presentation, Ms. Hou Yueyue of Qinchuangyuan (Fengdong) Productivity Promotion Center introduced the innovation and entrepreneurship policies of foreign talents in Xixian New Area in terms of the basic conditions of entrepreneurial projects, permits for entrepreneurial work, supervision and termination of exit, and so on. Ms. Zhang Miaomiao introduced in detail the development and planning of FENGDONG New City Free Trade & Services Industrial Park of Xixian New Area from the aspects of transportation, catering and office environment, etc. Ms. Xu Shan introduced the development overview, operation mode, business scope and resource advantages of Bright Valley Venture Café Shaanxi, focusing on the preferential subsidy policies and support channels that Bright Valley Café can provide to the expatriate talents. Finally, in the interactive session, the international students made inquiries on the topics of graduation visa replacement and application process, conditions and fees for the establishment of startup companies in the park, and relevant policies and preferential subsidies, and the relevant guests answered the above questions one by one.

The successful holding of this symposium allows foreign students to fully understand the policies of innovation and entrepreneurship in Fengdong New City of Xixian New Area, helps foreign students to clarify the development direction of their future career planning in the exchange and communication, and helps foreign students of our university to expand entrepreneurial channels and enhance their innovative vitality, and continues to optimize the content and mode of innovation and entrepreneurship services for foreign talents.
