On April 11, a group of 2022 Ph.D. students in logistics engineering and management from the School of Economics and Management formed a research group to Xi’an International Port Area. Led by Professor Li Qian, deputy director of the Social Cooperation and Alumni Center and professional teacher of the School of Economics and Management of Chang’an University, the team visited successively Visited Xi'an Aiju Grain and Oil Group, the International Port Area Silk Road E-commerce Center and Xi'an Olympic Sports Center.

   The research team first came to Xi'an Aiju Group. Aiju Group is a comprehensive grain and oil group integrating production, storage and sales of grain, oil, cooked food and soy products, logistics and distribution, grain and oil reserves, chain outlets, operation and sales.The company commentator introduced the development history, operation model and management philosophy of Aiju Group in detail. The students felt the success of Aiju Group's full industry chain integration model.Later, the international students went deep into the production and service links such as workshops and warehouses, and visited the company's mechanized, intelligent, and refined production model. When they saw Aiju's mechanized production and intelligent warehousing, the international students were full of admiration.The research team also visited the Aiju Science Museum, Aiju Supermarket, and Aiju Food Experience Center. The Aiju Supermarket covers many special products from countries along the “Belt and Road”. The international students were very happy to see products from their own countries. I am proud, and at the same time sigh with emotion for the contribution of Chinese enterprises to the development of the “One Belt, One Road” initiative, and feel the strength and openness of China.

   The second stop of the research team was the Silk Road E-commerce Center in Xi'an International Port Area. The Silk Road E-commerce Center is located in the central business district of the China-Europe Railway Express (Xi'an) assembly center and covers live broadcast operation center, product selection display center, and talent training. Base and other functional areas.The research team visited the cross-border live broadcast room and product selection room deployed by Queshi Transsion Media Technology Group Co., Ltd. Under the warm reception and careful explanation of the staff, the students deeply felt the high quality provided by the company to consumers. Service and professional live shopping experience.After the visit, the research team had in-depth exchanges with company leaders. International students were very interested in live broadcast marketing and overseas supply chain operations and actively participated in discussions and exchanges. The company leaders gave detailed answers to the international students’ questions one by one, and also expressed their hope that international International student talents are joining!The last stop of this investigation was Xi'an Olympic Sports Center.

   The research team visited the National Games Exhibition Hall of the Olympic Sports Center. The National Games Exhibition Hall was themed to record the 14th Games of the People's Republic of China and the 11th Paralympic Games and the 8th Paralympic Games. The international students were attracted by the events arranged in the exhibition hall. Attracted by the costumes and props, I deeply felt the rapid development of China's sports industry.After the visit, the research team took photos at the Olympic Sports Center to feel the majesty of the Olympic Sports Center.At this point, the inspection and research activities have come to a successful conclusion.

   This international students' visit to the company built a new model of talent training through flipped classroom, deepened the integration of theoretical learning and practice for international students, and deepened international students' sense of identity with Chinese culture, effectively promoting Chang'an University's  Cultivation of compound international talents along the Belt and Road Initiative!
