The transportation investment and financing academic team led by Professor Zhou Guoguang is mainly involved in the research of highway infrastructure investment and financing management.

The team members have carried out the research on the management policy and development strategy of highway toll collection, the sustainable development fund of highway construction in Western China, the financial monitoring methods and early warning mechanism, and the financial comparison between government loan repayment highway and operational highway, which provide strong support for further research in this direction.
